Hugo A. Mansilla is Principal of Avanço Consulting (est. 2026), an advisory firm specializing in geopolitical and economic consultation for both public and private sector clients across multiple areas of governance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Concord University of West Virginia and brings more than a decade of professional experience in asset management with distinguished national and international commercial real estate organizations. 

Before transitioning to the private sector, Mr. Mansilla served as an Analyst within the Climate Change department of the World Bank Group, where he contributed to the Economics of Adaptation to Climate Change (EACC) study under the direction of Lead Economist Sergio Margulis. This foundational work at the nexus of economic policy and environmental governance continues to shape his analytical approach to institutional investment and sustainable development. Mr. Mansilla is based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
